Simply 2 reserve the right to amend any price without prior notice.

Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for your goods to be delivered.

Delivery and Packing Charges:
Orders up to £4.99 please add £1.00
Orders between £5.00 and £19.00 please add £2.00
Orders Between £20.00 and £39.00 please add £4.00
Orders Between £40.00 and £100.00 please add £6.00
Orders Over £100.00 please add £7.50

Low value and small items will be despatched by Royal Mail. High value and large items will be despatched by carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone available to sign for goods despatched.

Delivery charges are for goods despatched to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns
Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. You will be responsible for any carriage charges to return the goods, unless you received them incorrectly or damaged.
They should be sent to the address below, using a recorded delivery service. Simply 2 will refund for goods (excluding carriage charges to you) providing that goods are received in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order, a 15% checking and restocking charge may be charged.
Please Note: All goods should be checked on day of delivery, damages reported within 24 hours, and can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
